Before You Proceed:

Verify your data (binary name and phone number) and consider adding an alternative phone number to increase the likelihood of our representative reaching you.

Await a confirmation call from a unique number belonging to the shipping company to confirm your order. Be prepared to respond to the representative upon delivery and keep your mobile phone accessible. If you miss the call, we'll send a message to your WhatsApp number for easy communication.

Address Details:

Provide a clear address including the governorate, region, street, building, floor, and apartment. If it's on a side street, mention a distinct landmark to assist our representatives and improve delivery accuracy.

Please refrain from testing the order upon delivery. Each order arrives with an invoice serving as a product guarantee. Defective items can be replaced or returned within 14 days.

Upon order confirmation, you will receive an email confirmation containing order details, including the final price and shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order:

Receipt of the Request: Our confirmations team will confirm your order within 24 hours via a confirmation call, validating only your data and the product name. Confirmation calls are made between 11 am to 9 pm. Orders placed before 7 pm are confirmed the same day for delivery the next day. Orders placed after 7 pm are confirmed the following day for delivery the day after.

Order Suspension: If the initial confirmation call goes unanswered, we'll make subsequent attempts on the same and following days. After seven attempts, the order will be suspended.

Order Confirmed: Upon confirmation, your delivery date will be calculated based on your governorate.

Awaiting the Shipping Company: Your order is being prepared and awaits pickup by the shipping company.

Under Delivery: Your order has been handed over to the shipping company and will be delivered on the specified dates. A representative will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

Delivery Suspension: Orders may be suspended if there are issues with the provided address, unresponsive customers, or if the delivery is postponed. Suspension will be lifted upon address clarification or receipt of an alternate contact number.

Cancel or Reject the Order: If you need to cancel or reject your order, the status will be updated to “Rejected” with the reason explained in the notes.

Delivered: Once delivered, the order status will be updated accordingly.
